Dairy Free Jazzle Hearts

These are so quick and simple to make but utterly delightful. You can use any dairy free chocolate, dark, milk or white or why not be adventurous and try a flavoured chocolate like orange. They are so many different tastes you can create just by changing the chocolate. Happy experimenting!

Hundreds and thousands


1. Pour a generous layer of hundreds and thousands into the bottom of the moulds. It is important to make sure there is a good layer otherwise the chocolate will seep through and you won't get that pop of colour on the front of your hearts.
2. Break up the chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwaveable jug or bowl. Place in the microwave and heat for 1 minute, stop stir well and heat for a further minute. Remove from microwave and stir well with a spoon.
3. Using a tablespoon, drip the melted chocolate over the hundred and thousands in each of the heart moulds and fill to the depth you would like. Personally, I have found the thicker the chocolate layer the better they taste!
4. Place flat on a shelf in the fridge for about 40-60 minutes until they are hard to touch. Then pop out of the moulds and enjoy.
